This was an amazing experience. The seller went above and beyond in respects to customer service. They have restored my faith in humanity. I actually ordered a bracelet that was way too small for me and when I contacted the seller to see if i could return it to get it lengthen, they said that they'd make me another form scratch and to gift the one I had to someone with small wrists. I gave it to my 6yr old nephew and they absolutely love it. The seller also covered all the costs in making the new one and also shipping. And just to add to this awesome experience, I have to say that I absolutely love the look and feel the new bracelet on my wrist! A Grade Quality. I never want to take it off
