We are a small family-run business in Raleigh, NC. Every order matters to us. If your gear arrives and something is off — wrong size, wrong item, or damaged — just reach out. We will take care of it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We inspect every return when it comes back. Items returned in the same condition they left us will receive a full refund. No drama.

What "original condition" means Not worn outside. Not washed. No odors, stains, or pet hair. Tags still on. Basically the same as when it arrived at your door.
Items we cannot accept back Final sale items, custom or personalized orders, drinking horns that have been used, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

Exchanges

Wrong size? We get it. Viking sizing can run differently from what you are used to. We make exchanges easy.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you the right size as soon as your original item ships back to us. If the new item costs more, we will let you know and sort it out.

Exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return.

Pro tip on sizing Every product page has a size chart. If you are between sizes or unsure, email Chrissy before you order. She knows the stock and will point you to the right fit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The credit goes back to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the amount. That part is out of our hands, but most refunds show up within 7 to 10 business days total.

We will email you when your refund has been issued so you know exactly where things stand.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, that is on us. Email us a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you. Fast.

Do not ship anything back until you hear from us. We will sort the details first.

What to send us A photo of the item, a photo of the packaging if it was damaged in transit, and your order number. That is all we need to get started.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

The process is simple. No portals, no complicated forms.

  1. Email Chrissy at chrissy@vikingwarrior.org with your order number and what you need. Returns, exchanges, damaged items — all goes to the same place.
  2. We confirm the details and send you return instructions, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. Pack it up and ship it back using the method we recommend. Keep your tracking number.
  4. Done. Once we receive your item, we process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error or sent a defective item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. The same 30-day return window applies to international orders.

International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable by us — those go to your country's customs authority, not to Viking Warrior Shirts.
